Community Photography Competition
On April 25th we will be launching a new website for charities and community groups in Warrington. The community hub will be packed with news, information and resources, as well as being home to the online directory of organisations in Warrington.
We want the new site to show the range of community activity that takes place across Warrington. So we are launching this competition to find photographers that can best capture the vibrancy and diversity of charity and community work locally.
The theme for the competition is; “Engaging People, Empowering Communities”
We are looking for images that best capture what organisations and volunteers contribute to our communities and the positive impact it has on the lives of the people who benefit.
Contest Prize & TERMS
COPYRIGHT: All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The entrants must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered. USAGE RIGHTS: By entering this contest you agree that any images you submit may be used by Warrington Voluntary Action solely for marketing and promotional purposes of this contest or future contests and no other purpose, these uses include; displaying the entries on the contest website and printed materials, cropping and re-sizing the image as necessary to fit pre-defined formats for the competition. You hereby grant Warrington Voluntary Action a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence in each Entry for the uses described above for 2 years following the date of announcement of the winner, thereafter the image may be used for archival purposes on Warrington Voluntary Action.
