The three prize winners, each accompanied by a legal guardian, will travel to Baku in Azerbaijan and participate in The Children's Eyes On Earth Festival & Exhibition, which will begin the first week of October 2012. COPYRIGHT: You are the sole owner, photographer and copyright holder of each entry you make USAGE RIGHTS: By entering the competition, entrants agree that any image submitted to the competition may be used by The Children's Eyes On Earth International Photography Contest 2012 and its event partners for marketing and promotional purposes of the competition and the event only, for a maximum of five years after The Children's Eyes On Earth Festival & Exhibition, opening in the first week of October 2012.

All entrants understand that any image submitted to the competition may be used in connection with the promotion of the event, including, but not limited to the following:

Display of the Contest entries on the website, in a book, magazine or similar and at public exhibitions.
Inclusion within any materials promoting the contest and any festival or exhibition organised by Children's Eyes On Earth.
Promotion of The Children's Eyes On Earth International Youth Photography Contest, Festival and Exhibition within any related products to be sold by Children's Eyes On Earth or any third party, following the individual agreement by the author sub-licensing the entries to the press for reproduction in connection with the competition and any exhibition.
Allowing users of the website to view images on a computer screen, PDA or mobile telephone and store such pages in electronic form on disk or on a PDA or mobile telephone (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for their personal, non-commercial use only
