Celeste Prize 2015, 7th edition: submissions period for works has begun, deadline is 30 June 2015.

Celeste Prize is open to the many and varied artistic practices which define today’s approaches. Crossover works in multiple media or time-based work are being accepted for submission. Thanks to Koyo Kouoh, this year’s chief-curator of Celeste Prize, the founding artistic director of RAW Material Company, Dakar and curator of 1:54 FORUM, London, the prize shows work which nurtures the common ground between artistic languages as well as giving artists an opportunity to investigate key issues which matter to the world.

The deadline to enter a project or a single work is 30 June 2015.

What is Celeste Prize?
Celeste Prize is an international, contemporary arts prize which every year awards 20,000 € and rewarding benefits to emerging and mid-career artists.

Who can enter?
Entry is open to artists and photographers worldwide, without limits of age or experience. Works should contain profound mix of contemporary perspectives and a diverse use of artistic languages.

USAGE RIGHTS: Applicants to the prize authorize the Organizer and all those persons charged with working for them to handle personal data and images of creative work submitted to Celeste Prize, according to Italian Law - Legge 675/96 (the so-called ‘Privacy Law’) and successive amendments to it, D.lgs 196/2003 (Codice Privacy), for the purposes of insertion of information in databases and website.
