The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Contest entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph. USAGE RIGHTS: If your image is selected as an honorable mention, finalist, or winner of the competition, you grant Unique Photo a nonexclusive right, in perpetuity, to:

Publish the images for Unique Photo’s purposes in any format, including on Unique Photo’s website and in Unique Photo’s publications or presentations, such as newsletters, brochures, fundraising appeals, public service announcements, grant proposals, reports, awards, thank-you cards, displays, mailings and invitations.

Unique Photo holds the right to print full resolution, 13×19 copies to showcase during the gallery.

Provide images to other individuals and organizations for non-profit, Unique Photo-related use in news stories, newsletters, reports, slide shows, displays, web pages, and the like.

Use, in connection with the Photo Contest, your name, city, state and country of residence in promotions and other publications.

Keep the files provided, and to archive the images on CD or in other electronic forms, so that your photos can be used to support our mission and be properly credited.

As conditions of this permission, Unique Photo shall credit all photographs with the caption “© Person’s Name” when the full name is available unless full name is unavailable.
