PRIZE DETAILS: There is one (1) Grand Prize to be won, consisting of: Fujifilm’s X-S1 Camera, leather case, and remote release with an approximate retail value of $1,020 CDN, or camera package of an equal value. The Grand Prize is provided by Fujifilm.

There are four (4) Category Prizes, to be won, one in each Category. Each Category Prize consists of: Fujifilm’s FinePix XP150 Camera with floating straps with an approximate retail value of $300 CDN, or camera package of an equal value. Category Prizes are provided by Fujifilm.

There are twelve (12) Honourable Mention Prizes to be won, three (3) in each Category. Each Honourable Mention Prize consists of: A one-year print subscription to British Columbia Magazine, valued at approximately $25.95 CDN. Honourable Mention Prizes are provided by Sponsor. COPYRIGHT: Images must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. You retain ownership of all wholly original Images submitted by you. USAGE RIGHTS: By submitting the Images, and in consideration of the opportunity to be selected as a Contest winner and to have your Image(s) published in British Columbia Magazine, and for other good and valuable consideration (the receipt and sufficiency of which you hereby acknowledge), you grant to Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license from the start of the Contest on September 14, 2012 until December 31, 2016 (the “License Period”), to use, reproduce, publish, communicate to the public by telecommunication, modify for editing and/or formatting purposes, display, distribute and, to the extent necessary to allow the Sponsor to engage independent contractors and service providers to exercise any of the foregoing rights, for any and all purposes associated with the Contest. All wholly original Images submitted by you will be credited to you by the name supplied by you during your registration for the Contest.

All Images entered in the Contest may be selected for display during the Contest and License Period in a web gallery on http://www.bcmag.ca. Winning Images, including Images selected for Honourable Mention Prizes, may be published in the print and digital editions of the Fall 2013 issue of British Columbia Magazine, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. One Winning Image may also be selected to appear on the cover of British Columbia Magazine (print and digital edition). There is no guarantee that all, or any, Winning Images will be published. British Columbia Magazine’s regular page rates do not apply to any Winning Images that may be published during the Contest and License Period in either print or digital form.
