COPYRIGHT: All images submitted must be the sole work and copyright of the entrant. Copyright of all images is retained by the entrant, however by entering this competition permission is granted to Webify Media Ltd/BIKE Magazine for a non-exclusive license to reproduce the images for uses which may include reproduction on the BIKE Magazine website, marketing or promotional materials including displays, leaflets and brochures. Images will always be accredited to the photographer.
Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it. If your photograph features any person or people, they should be aware that they are being photographed and permission should be obtained from all involved for their photograph to be submitted in the competition. If it is clear that the people are not aware of their picture being taken or are embarrassed in any way by any entry we receive, Webify Media Ltd/BIKE Magazine reserves the right to disqualify the entry.
Copyright of the images will remain at all times with the photographer.
For awarded images, copyright holders grant the Webify Media Ltd/BIKE Magazine unlimited non-exclusive use of high-resolution images for activities in all media, including social media, online and print, in relation to the contest and all promotional activities without any remuneration being due. USAGE RIGHTS: By entering the Competition, you agree and acknowledge that the Webify Media Ltd/BIKE Magazine is permitted to receive your registration data.
Webify Media Ltd/BIKE Magazine may publish any material you submit, post, upload, email or otherwise transmit to it or to the website at its sole discretion and it shall be entitled to make additions or deletions to any such material prior to publication.
Any image submitted to the competition may be used by Webify Media Ltd/BIKE Magazine, and its media partners, for marketing and promotional purposes of the competition only. You hereby grant the Webify Media Ltd/BIKE Magazine a non-exclusive, irrevocable license in each Entry throughout the world in all media for any use in connection with the competition.

To promote winners of the FIRST BIKE MAGAZINE PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST 2021 is granted the right to display images on social network websites.
You agree to participate in related publicity and to the use of your name and images for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in connection with the competition without additional compensation.
Any photograph used by BIKE MAGAZINE PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST 2021 shall carry a credit line.
