COPYRIGHT: Belfast Photo Festival recognizes You, the author of each image submitted, retain full ownership of the copyright (image rights) in each Entry. USAGE RIGHTS: All entrants understand that any image submitted to the Open Submission may be used by Belfast Photo Festival, and its Event Partners, for marketing and promotional purposes, including all media for any use connected to the promotion of the Belfast Photo Festival event and/or Open Submission, including:
(a) judging the Open Submission
(b) displaying the winning entries and runners up at public exhibitions promoting Belfast Photo Festival and organised by Belfast Photo Festival
(c) inclusion within the Website, a Belfast Photo Festival book, magazine or similar
(d) inclusion within any materials promoting the Open Submission and / or any exhibition organised by Belfast Photo Festival, in the promotion of the biennial Belfast Photo Festival
(f) sub-licencing the Entries to the press for reproduction in connection with the Open Submission and the Belfast Photo Festival
(g) allowing viewers of the Website to view images on a computer screen, PDA or mobile telephone and store such pages in electronic form on disk or on a PDA or mobile telephone (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for their personal, non-commercial use only.
