COPYRIGHT: All of the images that you submit are images of original artwork created by you or it is artwork created by an artist who has authorized you to submit the images on their behalf.
* You may not submit or distribute any copyrighted material or trademarks without first obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such rights.
(It is the policy of Art Fusion Galleries to terminate relations with any artist violating copyright laws). USAGE RIGHTS: The photos will be used for purposes only for submission towards the International Fine Arts Competition.
The photos submitted will be compiled and filed together with all other photography entrants for final review in October 2012.
The photos submitted will not be made public on our website nor disclosed to any of our existing artists we represent, or, our client base and collectors.
For those artists/photographers who are selected as one of our winners, the resulting photograph which acted as the deciding piece of artwork to win, that image will be posted on our website homepage as an advertisement featuring the name of the photograph, the name of the photographer, date the image was taken.
The length of time in which the winning photograph will be used for will have a duration of 12 months.
