ALEX COGHE PUBLISHING call for photographers
Through ALEX COGHE PUBLISHING I am publishing photographers worldwide. Currently I am focused to release 3 monthly edition magazines: THE STREET PHOTOGRAPHER NOTEBOOK, SNAPSHOT! and PORTRAIT MAGAZINE. For THE STREET PHOTOGRAPHER NOTEBOOK and PORTRAIT MAGAZINE for the editions including 1 or 2 photographers we pay them a percentage on sales* from 20% to 40% per any issue with their feature sold. To all the featured photographers we send a secret link to download the electronic edition. By the moment the printed edition is realized through peecho we can’t send a printed copy.

PRIZE DETAILS:
Publication on printed and electronic editions;
Payment to the photographers featured (we pay you!) between 20% and 40% per any sale with your feature, when the issue is with 1 or max.2 photographers;
We send a secret link to download the pdf electronic edition including your feature; Not eligible to enter? - Find contest where you are.
COPYRIGHT: We are delighted to receive your contributions but only on the basis that:
You accept that we may exercise editorial control over the material and may decide not to allow publication at our absolute discretion.
You warrant to us that all contributions are lawful and do not infringe any rights of any third party and that you will indemnify us in respect of any breach of that warranty.
You license us to use the material you provide on our website, magazine, social media and for more than once. However, your images will always be under your copyright and you will always be full credited.
You retain full rights to your images as well as article text and any information sent.
You warrant that your contribution:
– Is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for purposes specified above
– It is not defamatory
– It does not infringe on any law
– You agree to indemnify ALEX COGHE PUBLISHING and www.alexcoghe.com against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by ALEX COGHE PUBLISHING and Alex Coghe as a result of your breach of the above warranty, and waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on our magazine and the purposes specified above. USAGE RIGHTS: ALEX COGHE PUBLISHING respects the intellectual property of all photographers involved and we ask our readers to do the same.
The author does not in any way release or give up their copyright by submitting to ALEX COGHE PUBLISHING. Your photos will not be used for any other purpose except for publication in the magazine and the creation of promotional materials.
