Friends of Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge Annual Nature Photography Contest
Submit your photos taken within the last five years on the grounds of Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge, 6465 Refuge Road, Sherman, TX 75092. Featuring over 11,000 acres of outdoor recreation opportunities along the shore of Lake Texoma, Hagerman NWR is an excellent destination for birding and wildlife viewing. The wildlife refuge is open from sunrise to sunset and there is no entry fee into the refuge.
Two divisions: Beginner and Advanced/Intermediate. Four categories: Landscapes, Flora and Macro, Artistic, and Wildlife. Best in Show. Youth Best in Show.
Contest Prize & TERMS
PRIZE DETAILS:
Each of the 4 categories in each of the 2 divisions will receive: 1st place receives a ribbon and $50 cash award; 2nd place receives a ribbon; and 3rd place receives a ribbon. Best in Show receives a special ribbon and $100 cash award. Youth Best in Show receives a special ribbon and $50 cash award.
