However, all entrants agree to grant Black and White Spider Awards, its owner World Photographic Arts Corporation, and book|BASIL Publishing permission to use the work for promotional purposes, in any of their publications, electronic media or printed materials, including web site, online galleries, publications, calendar, yearbook, catalog, program book, trade show and exhibition visuals, and marketing materials, for a period of two years from the Nominations & Winners Presentation, without further permission or remuneration.
