COPYRIGHT: Participating photographers in Paducah Photo '12 retain ownership of all photographic copyrights. USAGE RIGHTS: The accepted photographs will be on display at the Yeiser Art Center. The exhibition will be open to the the public from June 30 through August 4, 2012. Accepted photographs may be for sale. After the exhibition, all unsold photographs will be returned to the individual photographers.

Accepted photographer, in consideration for inclusion in the exhibition, grant Paducah Photo the right, without compensation, to reproduce said photographs for the sole purpose of press releases, web site inclusion, marketing and the promotion of present and future Paducah Photo competitions.
