Plantlife Photo Competition 2011

Plantlife_positive_Green_CM green with white but no excess The 2011 Plantlife photo competition is now underway and, as always, we’ll be looking for twelve stunning seasonal images of wild plants and fungi in their natural habitats.

The competition is open to any amateur photographer. You can submit up to four images, in digital format. Due to the dimensions of the calendar we regret to say we can only accept landscape format images (that is, images that are wider than they are taller). We are happy to accept submissions that are a lower resolution than the original – however a high resolution version (ideally at least 300dpi at A4 size) must be available in order to produce a quality reproduction on the calendar itself.

Please bear in mind that, as the charity speaking up for wild plants, we will only shortlist photos of native wildflowers. Any images of non-native or horticultural species will be regretfully rejected.
