COPYRIGHT: Image and Registration Requirements
This application is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected where the Sponsor or the Tour Organizers, in their reasonable discretion, believe that the entry does not comply with the show rules and these Entry Conditions. It is not necessary to be a member of any photographic organization.

Image creation
Entries must originate as photographs (image captures by light sensitivity) taken by the entrant in photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. All of them must be sent in digital format through the Circuit website. USAGE RIGHTS: By submitting an image, the entrant certifies the work as their own, images may not incorporate elements produced by third parties (for example: clip art, third party images or art downloaded from the Internet). Nicknames are not allowed. Entrant allows sponsors to reproduce all or part of the submitted material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This could include low-resolution posting on a website.

Observation
Participants who indicate that their images cannot be reproduced or used “will not be eligible for prizes” or inclusion in audiovisuals in the exhibition “and may be subject to disqualification” by the Circuit organizers. The Circuit assumes no responsibility for any misuse of copyright
