CNN Celebrates is an initiative organised by iReport, CNN’s participatory journalism portal. It will run throughout the year and will show how people celebrate various cultural events across the globe. The next part of the assignment focuses on Halloween. Later this month, millions of children and adults around the world will celebrate Halloween through trick or treating, costume competitions, and Halloween-themed parties. CNN Celebrates Halloween
We want to hear how people from all over the world celebrate Halloween! So we’re asking them to share their photos and videos from both years past and 2013 celebrations, which will then feature as part of CNN’s coverage online and on air (on CNN International – Sky 506, Virgin Media 607 and Freesat 207 in the UK).
This is an opportunity for both budding and experienced photographers to work on an exciting project with a leading worldwide news organisation, and to have their work appear on CNN’s online and on air coverage.
