What Inspires You? We’re happy to announce the launch of Canadian Wildlife magazine’s Reflections of Nature Amateur Photo Contest, our annual photo competition that showcases amateur photography on a national scale. This year, set your sights on moments and photos that Inspire you! It could be that breathtaking view of a mountain reflecting off a lake or getting that perfect picture of a grizzly bear snacking on wild salmon. Winning photos will be selected in 5 categories: Flora, Fauna, Landscape, Urban Wildlife and overall Grand Prize winner. The contest will open at 12:00 a.m. E.S.T. August 1 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. October 31, 2013. The winners will be notified by 5 p.m. November 30, 2013.
Contest Prize & TERMS
Winners of the following categories: flora, fauna, landscape, urban wildlife will receive a one year subscription to Canadian Wildlife or Biosphere magazine and select photos will be published in the January/February issue. You will also receive a poster of your photo courtesy of PosterJack.

COPYRIGHT: All photographs submitted must be the original and unaltered work of the individual submitting them. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any photographs he or she submits has been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe on the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants warrant that the photographs they are submitting are their own work. Copyright in all photographs submitted for this Contest remain with the respective entrants.
USAGE RIGHTS: Each entrant grants the Canadian Wildlife Federation a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, feature, publish, reprint, reproduce, or display any or all of the submitted photographs in any of its publications, its websites, and/or in any promotional or exhibition material connected to this Contest or other future uses as CWF determines. Each entrant also permits CWF to use his or her name in connection with his or her photograph.
