Photography Contest PhotoFood. Food photography is one of the most common types of photography that we can see around us – in a restaurant menu, food packaging, or street advertising. It is now a normal everyday occurrence that people share simple photos of the dishes that they eat during the day in their social networks. Many of us don’t realize that we are dealing with one of the most difficult photography techniques that requires meticulous preparation, composition, and lighting. Even, on occasion, the makeup that some food requires in order to be photographed makes it inedible. In this contest we invite you to participate with your best food photographs. They don’t have to be really elaborate, made up, professionally lit images. We want to see fresh images with good artificial/natural lighting and an excellent composition. Go for it and participate!
