Underwater Photography Contest Winners 2013

The underwater photography contest winners of 2013 was hosted by the University of Miami and received over 650 entries from 23 countries. The overall winner shows a harbor seal swimming through the kelp forest at Cortes Bank in San Diego. The winning photo was taken by Kyle McBurnie who submitted their photo in to the Wide Angle category.
